Troubled morning again in Slavyansk
Due to enemy shelling, the contact power grid and railway lines were damaged, said Vadim Lyakh.
Russian aggressors shelled the city of Slavyansk in the Donetsk region on Sunday morning. There is destruction, Vadim Lyakh, the head of the Slavyansk city VGA, said on Facebook on March 12.

It was also reported that during the day on March 11, Russian aggressors killed two residents of the Donetsk region. Four more people were injured.
