The tape tells about the birth and development of the National Football Team of Ukraine in the period from 1992 to 2021.
The documentary film Nation of Football by Ukrainian director and sports reporter Volodymyr Mula has been nominated for the AIPS Sport Media Awards 2022, GosKino reports on Facebook.
It is noted that the film will compete for victory in the Video Documentary category along with other 36 films. The announcement of the results and the awards ceremony will take place in Seoul on May 9, 2023.
Football Nation will tell the story of the formation of the Ukrainian national football team, reconstructing the events through careful work with archives, backstage footage and exclusive celebrity interviews from Andriy Shevchenko, Oleg Blokhin, Jozsef Sabo, Artem Milevsky, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Oleksandr Ruslan Rotan, Andriy Pyatov, Leonid Buryak and other stars of Ukrainian football.
Earlier it was reported that the cartoon is based on the drama extravaganza of Lesya Ukrainka Mavka. Lisova song set a box office record.
