The determinations authorized by the Federal Supreme Court (STF) target Bolsonarists who effectively participated, financed and were the intellectual authors of the acts. They are accused of the following crimes: attempted violent abolition of the Democratic State of Law, qualified damage, criminal association, incitement to crime and destruction of specially protected property.
A day earlier, this Thursday (16), the STF announced the conclusion of the analysis of the preventive arrests of all detainees in the days after the 8th of January. As a result, Minister Alexandre de Moraes rejected requests for the release of 86 women and 208 men, who had behaved in a more serious manner during the criminal acts.
According to a survey carried out by the STF, 45% of prisoners are no longer detained in a closed regime and are now complying with precautionary measures in freedom, such as blocking social networks or using electronic anklets.
