He added that 18 countries have joined the project to consolidate orders for the production of shells and place them in the industry. He noted that there are three approaches: first, 1 billion euros for immediate delivery; secondly, 1 billion euros for joint purchases; thirdly, a commission to increase production capacity. President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked the European partners, saying that this is a strategic step that gives confidence in the unity and future victory over the terrorist state.
