Pro-Russian hackers claim responsibility for cyberattack
The perpetrators explained their actions by the fact that 20 Ukrainian military men had completed training in SAMP-T air defense in Italy.
The pro-Russian hacker group NoName057(16) carried out a cyber attack on the websites of the Italian government: on the lower house of parliament and a number of ministries. This is reported by the Italian news agency ANSA.
Appropriate local law enforcement professionals help contain the attack.
The hackers claimed responsibility for what happened and stated on their Telegram channel that they did this because recently 20 Ukrainian military “were trained in Italy on SAMP-T air defense systems.”
The attackers also added that, according to Prime Minister Georgie Meloni, she sees no prerequisites for starting negotiations to end the war in Ukraine.
As previously reported, this week there was a cyber attack on the state resources of Ukraine, including unified and state registries, and websites of the Ministry of Justice.
