The Netherlands will contribute to the training of a total of 30 thousand Ukrainian military
This contribution is in addition to the 230 troops that the Dutch Ministry of Defense provided to participate in the EU training mission.
Dutch Defense Minister Kaisa Ollongren informedthat the Netherlands will send another 60 instructors to Germany to train the Ukrainian military.
“This contribution is in addition to the 230 troops that the Ministry of Defense recently provided to participate in the EU training mission,” she said.
According to the head of the Dutch Ministry of Defense, this year the country, together with European colleagues, will contribute to the training of a total of 30,000 Ukrainian military.
Earlier it was reported that the Netherlands, together with Belgium, will provide Ukraine with two minesweepers.
