“The department of urban economy noted: it is important to provide comfortable conditions for Vinnytsia residents in the face of a decrease in external air temperature. Note that weather forecasters predict worse weather conditions in the near future,” the mayor writes.
Recall that Khmelnitsky has not yet announced the end of the heating season, but decided to suspend heat supply for several days.
The first to stop the heat supply was in the Dnieper, where the heating season ended on March 22.
