Bayraktar TB3 will be presented for the first time at TEKNOFEST
Bayraktar TB3 will be the world’s first armed UAV capable of taking off and landing on ships with a short runway.
Baykar will present the latest Bayraktar TB3 strike UAV for the first time at the TEKNOFEST-2023 aviation and space technology festival, which will be held from April 27 to May 1 at Ataturk Airport in Istanbul. It is reported by Anadolu.
It is noted that the TB3 SİHA strike drone will begin test flights this year.
The folding-wing Bayraktar TB3 will be the world’s first armed unmanned aerial vehicle capable of taking off and landing on short runway maritime vessels, including the flagship of the Turkish Navy, the TCG Anadolu.
Bayraktar TB3 operations can be controlled over very long distances, both for reconnaissance and surveillance and strike purposes.
Recall, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan showed a new Bayraktar fighter drone equipped with a Ukrainian engine.
As previously reported, a plant for the production of Bayraktar TB2 will be built in Ukraine.
