France considers the Holodomor a genocide of the Ukrainian people
The world is united in restoring historical justice and perpetuating the memory of millions of starved Ukrainians.
The French Parliament recognized the Holodomor of 1932-33 as a genocide of the Ukrainian people. This was announced by the head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak.
“Another powerful voice has been added to the international coalition to recognize the Holodomor as a genocide of the Ukrainian people – France. The world is uniting in restoring historical justice. And perpetuating the memory of millions of starved Ukrainians. A clear signal to the Russian terrorist state – never again!” – said the head of the OP.
Earlier, it was reported that on March 23, Iceland recognized the Holodomor as the genocide of Ukrainians.
On March 10, the Belgian Parliament recognized the Holodomor as genocide of the Ukrainian people. Earlier, the same decisions were made by the parliaments of Germany, Bulgaria and other countries.
