On this occasion, the Company is forced to make a statement that all the accusations of the city council are unfounded, and the decisions taken indicate an artificial delay in the process and the creation of conditions for disrupting the transfer of the CHP, the company said in a statement.
LLC firm “TEKHNOVA” has been renting a single property complex (UIC) “Chernihiv CHPP” since 2000. The company has always been aware of the full responsibility to the city and its residents, has always guaranteed the fulfillment of its obligations, therefore, did not stop its activities during the active phase of hostilities in the Chernihiv region, under massive enemy shelling. The amount of damage reached 803 million hryvnia.
On May 11, 2022, she applied to the Chernihiv City Council with a letter on the early termination of the lease agreement and the return of the Chernihiv CHPP to the city community, since the costs in such amounts were not provided for by any repair or investment program and turned out to be unbearable.

On October 27, 2022, the Chernihiv City Council determined a new date for the early termination of the UIC Lease Agreement – March 31, 2023.

It is important that TECHNOVA LLC not only fulfilled its obligations to the city, but also provided electricity in the most difficult conditions to regulate the energy system of Ukraine, thereby retaining it.
The company draws attention to the fact that as a result of the preparation and passage of the heating season, TEHNOVA LLC suffered losses in the amount of UAH 602 million.
On March 31, 2023, TEKHNOVA LLC planned to complete the 2022-2023 heating season.
LLC Firma “TEKHNOVA” draws attention to the fact that the subsequent postponement of the termination of the Agreement until 08/20/2023 may pose a threat to the heating season of 2023-2024 for Chernihiv.
Of particular concern in the company is the situation regarding the personnel of the Chernihiv CHPP, who was warned about the future dismissal from 03/31/2023.
Understanding the complexity of the situation, TEHNOVA LLC was forced to turn to the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine with a request to intervene in the current situation.
