Ex-Director for Legal Affairs of the State Enterprise Antonov was taken into custody
The detained official may be released on bail of UAH 6.71 million, the press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office reported.
The court took into custody with the alternative of making a UAH 6.71 million bail former Director of Legal Affairs of the State Enterprise Antonov. This was reported by the press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP).
“If bail is paid, he will be entrusted with the following duties: to arrive at any request to the detective, prosecutor or court, to report a change in his place of residence and place of work, to refrain from communicating with another suspect in the case and witnesses, to deposit in the appropriate passports for traveling abroad, other documents giving the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine,” the statement reads.
Recall, on March 10, NABU detectives notified about suspicion of embezzlement and complicity in embezzlement of more than UAH 18 million of state enterprise funds and drawing up deliberately false documents of the former director of legal affairs of the Antonov state enterprise and the director of the lawyer association.
Earlier, the SBU announced the suspicion of the ex-leaders of Antonov, whose actions led to the destruction of the AN-225 Mriya aircraft.
