The Economic Court of Kyiv refused to secure the claim of the Holy Dormition Kiev-Pechersk Lavra of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate against the National Reserve Kiev-Pechersk Lavra regarding the invalidity of the unilateral termination of the lease agreement. If the court satisfied the application, the eviction from the Lavra would be suspended until a decision is made on the suit of the church against the reserve.
