April in Ukraine will be warm

In April, the average monthly temperature in Ukraine is predicted to range from 9 to 13 degrees Celsius. This is 1-1.5 degrees above the norm, reports Ukrgidromettsentr.
According to weather forecasts, 7-8 degrees of heat is expected in the Carpathians, which is 2 degrees above the norm.

Data of long-term observations indicate that the average monthly air temperature in April is 7-11 degrees Celsius, in the mountains 2-6 degrees Celsius.
The absolute minimum temperature is 3-16 degrees below zero, in the north-eastern regions and in the Carpathians 17-22 degrees below zero; the absolute maximum is 26-33 degrees of heat, in the mountains 21-2 degrees of heat.
The average monthly precipitation is 22-62 mm, in Transcarpathia and in the Carpathians 65-84 mm, in the highlands of the Carpathians up to 117 mm.
Recall, weather forecasters predict warming this weekend, but the weather will be changeable.
It was also reported that flowers bloomed abnormally under the snow in the Transcarpathian region.
