President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree imposing sanctions against Russian citizens and enterprises. The former head of the Zaporozhye aircraft plant Motor Sich, Vyacheslav Boguslev, also fell under the restrictions. The SBU detained him in October last year and accused him of collaborationist activities.
Boguslaev is arrested. He does not admit his guilt.
