Russian propagandist and TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov has a secret family with two children from basketball player Svetlana Abrosimova, who were born in the United States, associates of Alexei Navalny say in their investigation.
The fact that Svetlana Abrosimova and Vladimir Solovyov, who is officially married and has eight children from different marriages, are in a love relationship, the investigators confirm with data on their common trips and joint visits to doctors. Also, Solovyov and Abrosimova, as journalists specify, use the services of the same driver.
Investigators found that in 2017 Abrosimova gave birth to two daughters in the United States, their middle name is Vladimirovna. Soloviev’s alleged daughters, as born in the USA, have American citizenship. Journalists, relying on information obtained from the base of flights, found that Abrosimova has an American passport.
According to Navalny’s associates, in Russia Abrosimova owns a 650-meter three-story villa with a swimming pool worth 500 million rubles in the Sochi village of Arfa-Park, but information about this has been removed from Rosreestr.
“We talked with several people from Solovyov’s entourage, and everything was confirmed to us – he really has a secret family for a long time, two children, and he often appears in that very super-elite house in Sochi. There are few photos of Solovyov with Abrosimova in public, but to this day he comments on her basketball games, calls her on the air and reposts posts on social networks,” the investigators say.
In addition to Abrosimova, the elite real estate in Arfa Park is owned by the wife of General Sergei Surovikin Anna, the son of the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev Andrey, and the senior vice president of VTB Bank, the former head of the FSB Operations Support Service Sergei Shishin. Investigators emphasize that all the indicated owners of real estate in Arfa-Park are classified, in Rosreestr they appear as “Russian Federation”.
The authors of the investigation emphasized that they were not interested in Solovyov’s personal life, but they were outraged by the fact that Abrosimova, like Surovikin’s wife and Patrushev’s son, was actually taken under state protection, which makes it possible to hide the illegal income of their relatives and friends.
