Putin once again spoke about Ukraine
The head of the Kremlin again stated that “the Soviet government created Ukraine,” and before that, they say, “no Ukraine existed in the history of mankind.”
President of the aggressor country Vladimir Putin said that before the creation of the Ukrainian SSR in 1919, “there was no Ukraine in the history of mankind.” This was reported by the Russian media on Tuesday, May 23.
Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation Valery Zorkin showed the head of the Kremlin, as it were, a copy of the map drawn up by the French during the reign of Louis XIV. He noted that “Ukraine is not on this map.”
To which Putin replied: “After the October Revolution, all sorts of quasi-state formations began to form, and the Soviet authorities created Soviet Ukraine, this is well known. And before that, there was no Ukraine in the history of mankind.”
