In July, Ukraine’s income from grain exports decreased by 1.9 times, RIA Novosti reports, citing an analysis of data from the Ukrainian customs and the Ministry of Agriculture.
It is noted that in July Ukraine exported 2.3 million tons of corn, wheat and barley, which is 38% less than in June.
Kyiv’s income decreased by 1.9 times – to $380.4 million from $712 million.
The Russian defense ministry had previously warned that from July 20, all ships that are heading along the Black Sea to Ukrainian ports will be considered by Russia as potential carriers of weapons and will be considered involved in the conflict on the side of the Kiev regime.
The Russian defense ministry specified that this was due to the termination of the grain deal and the curtailment of the maritime humanitarian corridor.
