President of the Russian Wrestling Federation (FSBR) Mikhail Mamiashvili reacted to the refusal of Ukrainian athletes to shake hands with Russians and Belarusians at the Junior World Wrestling Championship.
“Madness knows no bounds. No one will complain with us, ”Match TV quotes Mamiashvili as saying.
The Junior World Wrestling Championship takes place in the capital of Jordan, Amman.
On April 4, the leadership of the United World Wrestling decided to allow athletes from Russia and Belarus to compete under their auspices in a neutral status.
Earlier, Mamiashvili spoke about the importance of shaking hands in competitions.
