Russians Polina Miller and Fyodor Ivanov fulfilled the Olympic standards in the finals of the track and field athletics series “Queen of Russian Sports” in Yekaterinburg.
Miller won the gold medal in the 400m with a time of 50.86 seconds. Ivanov won the 400m hurdles (48.64).
Also, the Olympic standards were met by Elizaveta Tsareva, Valery Pronkin (hammer throw), Danil Lysenko (high jump), Timur Morgunov, Alexander Solovyov, Polina Knoroz (pole vault), Ekaterina Ivonina, Olga Vovk (3000 m steeplechase) and Ekaterina Koneva (triple jump).
The final of the “Queen of Russian Sports” will end on August 19.
Earlier it was reported that Koneva won the triple jump in the final of the Queens of Russian Sports series.
