Kirill Kotov, sports director of Fakel Voronezh, expressed the hope that Vadim Evseev’s team would soon improve the game.
“We hope that the first victory will give confidence to the team,” Kotov is quoted by Match TV.
The game in Voronezh at the Central Stadium of Trade Unions ended with the score 2:0. The goals were scored by Evgeny Markov (75th minute) and Alexander Dolgov (91st). Defender “Paris NN” Viktor Alexandrov was sent off in the 55th minute of the match after the second yellow card.
Fakel is 15th in the standings with three points. Pari NN (four points) – 12th.
Earlier, the head coach of “Paris NN” Sergei Yuran spoke about the defeat from the “Fakel” in the fifth round of the championship of Russia.
