“Blood trail”: the FSB of the Russian Federation published declassified documents about the crimes of Latvian collaborators

The FSB of Russia published declassified documents of the Soviet state security agencies about the crimes of Latvian collaborators during the Second World War. The department’s website published materials from special reports and certificates prepared by employees of the Soviet special services. They contain evidence of the cooperation of Latvian nationalists, in particular members of the paramilitary organization “Aizsargi”, with the Nazi occupiers, as well as evidence of their mass destruction of the civilian population.
