Russian Permanent Representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich said in an interview with the Izvestia newspaper that the OSCE is unlikely to become a platform for resolving the crisis in Ukraine.
In addition, he noted that Russia is systematically faced with ignoring its position in the OSCE.
As an example, he cited discrimination against the Russian-speaking population in the Baltic states, as well as shelling of civilians in the Crimea, new Russian regions and Moscow.
Earlier, the commission of the Federation Council asked the OSCE to condemn the actions of Ukraine and the United States against the backdrop of a blow to military commissars.
