RT military correspondent Igor Zhdanov showed how howitzers of the 80th tank regiment of the Russian Armed Forces support the offensive of Russian fighters in the Kremensky direction.
“In order to effectively cover the infantry, you have to constantly move along with the front line. When shooting, every movement has already been brought to automatism, less than three minutes pass from receiving a target to a shot, ”Zhdanov said.
After the shooting, a “lightning-fast camouflage” takes place, because the threat of counter-battery fire from the APU is high.
“The enemy is now making up for the shortage of 155-mm shells with cluster munitions, which are increasingly flying in our direction,” the military commander emphasized.
Russian howitzers mainly work on the front line of the Ukrainian military.
“We saw what human-sized trenches turn into, how the fire of our artillery literally leveled them with the ground along with the Armed Forces hiding there. And suitable reserves await the same fate, unless, of course, they decide to surrender and save their lives, ”he said.
