Andrey Sitsko, deputy president of the Rosokhotrybolovsoyuz association, said in an interview with RT that when conducting collective hunting with a corral, everyone is required to wear special signal clothing in red, yellow or orange.
He also noted that hunting grounds in Russia are divided into public and fixed ones, in the latter, legal entities conduct hunting activities.
The hunting rules indicate what documents the hunter must have, the interlocutor of RT recalled.
“A hunting license and a permit to store and carry hunting weapons are required, in public hunting grounds – a permit to extract hunting resources, and in fixed grounds, plus a ticket to all of the above. The hunter must keep all documents with him, ”Sitsko emphasized.
In addition, the authorities of the regions can set the rate of game production per day or per season, the specialist explained.
“For example, no more than five ducks per hunting day, no more than five white hares per hunting season. Hunting dates may also have regional characteristics. The hunter should know all this, ”he said.
As you know, if game resources are used wisely, they will exist forever. Such reasonable use is served by restrictions on the production of the most valuable types of game animals: ungulates, bears, certain types of fur-bearing animals, Sitsko explained.
“Production of these species is limited by limits (quotas), which are calculated on the basis of special standards for permissible withdrawal. The limit for the extraction of hunting resources is approved for each subject of Russia by the head of the region from August 1 of the current year for the period until August 1 of the next year, ”the expert said.
As a rule, all the necessary information for hunters (including about fixed and public hunting grounds) is posted on the websites of the executive authorities of the constituent entities of Russia authorized in the field of hunting and conservation of hunting resources.
“Hunting in violation of the norms of the current legislation may result in administrative punishment or, for especially gross violations, a criminal one. Article 258 of the Criminal Code provides for penalties for illegal hunting, for example, in a specially protected natural area; with the use of vehicles, if major damage has been caused, in relation to birds and animals, hunting for which is completely prohibited, ”he added.
As Anatoly Kozyr, head of the sports and recreational fishing department, explained to RT, fishing rules can vary significantly depending on the region in which you plan to fish.
“The main thing you need to pay attention to is, in which reservoirs fishing is allowed, and in which it is not. For example, you liked the lake, but fishing there may be prohibited due to spawning. The second is the timing of fishing. There is a certain time when the fish lay their eggs, fishing at this time is prohibited. Thirdly, many do not even think about the fact that not every fish, even if it is on the hook, can be taken with you,” the expert explained.
He stressed that all net fishing gear is strictly prohibited.
“But in the arsenal of a real fisherman there are all types of spinning rods, bottom tackle and, of course, the classic – a fishing rod,” Kozyr concluded.
