Police officers delivered to the territorial department a teenager who knocked down a child on a scooter on Kadyrov Street in south-west Moscow.
This is reported by TASS.
It is noted that the detainee was a 17-year-old resident of the South Butovo district.
Earlier, the chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to report on the injury of a child from a collision with a scooter in Moscow.
