The heads of the ministries of defense and foreign ministries of the EU countries will discuss in Spain the continuation of financial support for Ukraine on August 30-31.
This statement was made by the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, before the start of ministerial meetings in Spanish Toledo.
“We will discuss how to ensure the stability and sustainability of financial support for Ukraine,” RIA Novosti reports his words.
According to Borrell, support for Ukraine must continue after the conflict “whatever happens.”
Earlier, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that Washington would allocate $250 million in military assistance to Kyiv. It will include missiles for air defense systems and HIMARS systems.
