Deputy head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Grushko on Channel One said that the statements of Paris about the possibility of providing security guarantees to Kyiv carry risks for the security of the French side itself.

According to him, providing security guarantees to Kyiv is a step towards escalation and “raising the stakes in the hybrid war” against Moscow, which was staged by the West.
“I am sure that the French should also understand that this is fraught with increasing risks for the security of France itself,” Grushko said.
