The United States and South Korea, as part of the Ulchi Freedom Shield exercise, are working out a scenario involving a preventive nuclear strike on the DPRK.
TASS reports this with reference to the Korean Central Telegraph Agency.
“The enemy’s adventurous aggressive military exercise Ulji Freedom Shield has reached its climax,” the General Staff of the Korean People’s Army said.
It was also reported that the DPRK conducted exercises simulating tactical nuclear weapons strikes against targets in South Korea.
