In a meeting this Wednesday morning (30), the Ethics Council of the Chamber of Deputies decided to open an investigation to investigate the behavior of federal deputies Zucco (Republicanos-RS) and Ricardo Salles (PL-SP), president and rapporteur of the CPI from the MST, respectively.
Zucco is accused of having committed political gender violence against federal deputy Sâmia Bombim (PSOL-SP), within the scope of the MST CPI. In his position as president of the committee, the deputy would have silenced the parliamentarian by turning off her microphone.
Sâmia Bomfim would have been a victim of Salles too. The CPI rapporteur would have attacked the deputy with fatphobic speech. On his social networks, the deputy published a text aimed at the parliamentarian using a hamburger emoji.

Another case being processed by the Ethics Council is against federal deputy Abílio Brunini (PL-MT), who allegedly made transphobic comments about federal deputy Erika Hilton (PSOL-SP), during the CPI on January 8, on July 11 this year. The accusation was made by Rogério Carvalho (PT-SE).
While Hilton spoke within the scope of the commission, Brunini reportedly spoke outside the microphone, says Carvalho. “Mr. Abilio was homophobic, he made a homophobic speech when his partner was demonstrating, he accused her and said that she was offering services. This is homophobia.”
Victim, Sâmia Bomfim also became investigated. The parliamentarian is accused of having verbally attacked General Girão (PL-RN). In a hearing of the MST’s CPI, she allegedly called the parliamentarian a “thug”, “coupist”, “terrorist” and “fascist”.

Federal deputy Marcon (PT-RS) is accused of saying that the stab wound received by former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) was “fake”. The insinuation would have occurred during the speech by Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP), at the Labor Committee of the Chamber of Deputies. The speech was not captured by the House’s microphone.
For citing the jewelry case, in which Bolsonaro is accused of diverting Union assets for his own benefit, Glauber Braga (PSOL-RJ) will also be investigated by the Ethics Council. The parliamentarian spoke about the episode during a discussion with the former president’s son, Eduardo Bolsonaro.
