Negotiations on the resumption of the Black Sea Grain Initiative are difficult.
A source participating in the negotiations told RIA Novosti about this.

Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, explained why Russia initially agreed to participate in the grain deal.
It was also reported that Russia considers processing 1 million tons of grain in Turkey as an alternative to the grain deal.
