In the Bryansk region, the Russian FSB, in cooperation with the Russian National Guard and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, stopped the activities of a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group that was planning a series of high-profile terrorist attacks on military and energy infrastructure facilities. According to security agencies, two militants were killed and five more were detained. The attackers had Western small arms, powerful explosive devices and night vision devices with them.
