Vasily Titov, a member of the executive committee of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) and President of the Russian Artistic Gymnastics Federation, said that the organization wants to create conditions for Russian athletes to receive neutral status by mid-September.

“FIG will decide on admission criteria by mid-September,” TASS quotes Titov as saying.
On July 19, the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) allowed Russians to compete in a neutral status.
Athletes will have the right to participate in international competitions from January 1, 2024.
Earlier it was reported that David Belyavsky considers the conditions for admitting Russians to international competitions unrealistic.
