Brazil is aware of the complexity and responsibility associated with the Ukrainian conflict that await the country during its presidency of the G20, CNN Brasil reports, citing sources.
“Itamaraty (headquarters of the Brazilian Foreign Ministry – RT) perfectly understands the complexity and additional responsibility that the split of the bloc and the conflict in Europe will place on the Brazilian presidency,” the statement says.
It is noted that problems would await any presiding country.
In May, Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira spoke about the importance of the G20 and BRICS in the world.
