The national teams of Russia and Qatar will not receive rating points for playing a friendly match.
“The match of the Russian national team against the Qatar team will not count toward the FIFA rankings,” reports the RIA Novosti press service.
The day before it became known that Valery Karpin’s team will play a friendly match with the Qatar team. The game is scheduled for September 12.
Earlier it was reported that Alexander Golovin arrived in Russia to participate in the national team training camp.
