Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that he plans to discuss the resumption of the grain deal with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres during the UN General Assembly in New York.
Erdogan noted that the resumption of the Black Sea grain initiative is a priority for the whole world.
“As you already know, the UN General Assembly will be held this month. We will have meetings there with Mr. Guterres, and we will also discuss these issues,” RIA Novosti quotes him.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced his readiness to revive the grain deal after its conditions are met.
