Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov said that the region annually creates 60-70 thousand new jobs thanks to investment projects. According to him, the task is to maintain this pace in the future.

From January to June, investments in fixed regional capital reached 556.3 billion rubles, which is 3.1% more than a year earlier, Vorobyov noted.
Also, according to him, for three years in a row the region has surpassed the mark of 1 trillion rubles in attracted investments. Growth is also observed in 2023.
To maintain such indicators, it is necessary to help businesses implement at least 450 large projects a year, the governor emphasized. For this purpose, there are special programs in the region.
Vorobyov also said that currently 1,150 investment projects are being supported in the region at various stages of implementation.
Earlier, NSN, citing the words of Moscow Deputy Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov, reported that the city allocated land to investors at a preferential rental rate of 1 ruble per year for the construction of six new enterprises.
