CSKA Moscow defender Kelven violated the migration legislation of the Russian Federation by taking part in the seventh round match of the Russian Premier League (RPL) with Zenit St. Petersburg.
As the Telegram channel “Insider” reports, in order to carry out labor activities in Russia, any foreigner must have a work visa and a work permit.
But it is almost impossible to obtain these documents in a short time.
Thus, one of the conditions was probably violated by the 22-year-old Brazilian and CSKA for the sake of a principled meeting with the St. Petersburg club.
According to the source, this episode is being monitored by the relevant authorities, who may impose sanctions on the Moscow club.
Kelven moved to the army camp from the Brazilian Atlético Paranaense on September 1, 2023. The defender’s contract with the red-blues runs until June 30, 2028.
Previously, Kelven spoke about adaptation to CSKA.
