Several areas of Turkish Istanbul were flooded as a result of heavy rain, TRT television reported.
According to the TV channel, the Basaksehir region received the greatest damage from the rains, where the water level rose so high that the flow of water began to carry away cars.
In addition, a group of people were locked in one of the libraries. They were later evacuated.
