The efforts of the Brazilian authorities towards a peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine are yielding results, Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira said in an interview with the state media holding EBC.

At the same time, the minister noted that the G20 summit in India would be an “ideal place” for discussions.
According to him, this is due, among other things, to the fact that countries that adhere to different positions will be gathered there.
Earlier, Bloomberg stated that the G20 countries had developed a unified approach to the conflict in Ukraine.
It was also reported that a split in the G20 over Ukraine would complicate Brazil’s presidency.
