Advisor to the American President Jake Sullivan said that the United States would like to see Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky at the G20 in India.
About it writes RIA Novosti.
According to the adviser, the Ukrainian leader’s participation in the summit is necessary to continue working with world leaders on Ukraine’s ideas for resolving the conflict.
“In our opinion, having Zelensky at this G20 in a role would be a good thing,” Sullivan said.
It was previously reported that the G20 countries had developed a unified approach to the conflict in Ukraine.
CNN Brasil noted that a split in the G20 over Ukraine will complicate Brazil’s presidency.
It also became known that Zelensky and Sunak had a telephone conversation, during which they discussed measures aimed at unblocking the grain corridor.
