At the disposal of RT, a video of an apology from a 17-year-old teenager appeared, who the other day, together with a friend, beat a passer-by in Moscow with the words “we will clear the city of Russian cattle.”

According to him, he did not want to offend the Russian people, and all the words spoken were addressed only to those people with whom he had a conflict.
The teenager’s mother told RT that her son, while walking with friends, turned to a man to ask for a cigarette. In response, he allegedly began to be rude to him:
“Of course, I don’t justify my son’s act, I spoke to him and told him what I think. He regrets that this happened,” she noted.
According to the mother, now a criminal case has been opened against her son for hooliganism with malicious intent.
Earlier, the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to report on the investigation of a criminal case into an attack by a group of young people on a passerby in the center of Moscow.
