Russian President Vladimir Putin and Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin take part in the opening ceremony of several new transport arteries in the capital. Traffic is launched along Bagration Avenue (Northern backup of Kutuzovsky Avenue), the southern section of the Moscow High-Speed Diameter from Entuziastov Highway to the 32nd kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road and the movement of passenger trains along MCD-4.
