Former Pentagon adviser Colonel Douglas McGregor said that Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky has to be constantly guarded because of fears for his life.
As he noted on his Youtube channel, at the moment there are a lot of discussions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine about getting rid of the Ukrainian president.
According to McGregor, he is being watched all the time, as he turned away from his old patrons in favor of new ones – from the West.
It happened when Zelensky allowed the arrest of businessman Igor Kolomoisky, who helped him rise to the level of president, the colonel believes.
Earlier, Zelensky said that he began to doubt the sincerity of some of Kyiv’s Western allies, who claimed that they would always support the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
