The department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography for Moscow (Rosreestr) told RT that the leaders in terms of the volume of registered primary real estate transactions in the capital in July 2023 were TiNAO, SEAD and ZAO.

The leaders in terms of the volume of registered primary transactions in Moscow in July 2023, as in July 2022, were three administrative districts: TiNAO, SEAD and ZAO.
“Only their positions have changed: in July 2023, the list was topped by TiNAO with the volume of registered primary transactions of 22%, in 2022 by CJSC (33.1%),” the department clarified.
Traditionally, the most expensive is 1 sq. m of housing in the capital – in the Central Administrative District (540 thousand rubles), the next on the list is the North-Western Administrative District (377 thousand rubles), then the Southern Administrative District and the South-Western Administrative District (346 thousand and 347 thousand rubles). The most affordable urban housing can be found in TiNAO (230 thousand rubles), ZelAO (240 thousand rubles), South-Eastern Administrative District (291 thousand rubles) and Eastern Administrative District (302 thousand rubles), experts added.
Earlier, RT, citing experts, reported that the most expensive for tenants in the capital would be a one-room apartment in the Central Administrative District. You can save on renting housing in New Moscow and the Eastern Administrative District.
