American President Joe Biden began his speech on the anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks with a joke.
It is noted that Biden made a statement in Alaska, where he arrived after participating in the G20 summit and visiting Vietnam.
At the beginning, the politician greeted Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy.
“The governor and I have something in common: we are both from Scranton, Pennsylvania. I wish he had played at my club when I was playing ball. I could be among the best players in the country if he were in front of me,” RIA Novosti quotes the American leader.
He chuckled mid-sentence.
It was previously reported that Biden was unable to pronounce the name of the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia during the G20 summit.
