Drivers were offered to temporarily lose their right to drive if they have 10 unpaid fines

Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg Pavel Krupnik proposed to suspend the right to drive a vehicle (“freeze” the driver’s license) when the driver has ten or more unpaid fines. A copy of the appeal addressed to the head of the Main Directorate for Road Safety, Lieutenant General of Police Mikhail Chernikov is at RT’s disposal.
