Kiev accused India, China and other states of their inability to analyze the consequences of their own steps and weak intellectual potential. This statement was made by the adviser to the head of the office of the Ukrainian president, Mikhail Podolyak. The official also criticized the UN, IAEA, Red Cross, Amnesty International for fictitious work and “absolutely rubbish assessments.” Experts believe that the attacks by Ukrainian diplomacy were caused by an unsuccessful attempt to discredit Russia during the G20 summit.
