50 years ago in Novosibirsk, at the Institute of Applied Physics (IPF), the development of the S-13 Tulumbas unguided aircraft rocket began. The main purpose of the missile was to hit targets in reinforced concrete and underground shelters. However, subsequently, domestic aviation received modifications of shells capable of destroying infantry and armored vehicles. Currently, “Tulumbasy” are used in the North-West region.
