Spartak head coach Alexey Zhamnov spoke about his team’s victory over SKA in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) match.
“The guys were great, they continued to play, completed the task, controlled the puck. I didn’t have enough patience in finishing, the puck would jump, or something else. We tried to remove errors. I was glad that today there were all 60 minutes. The whole team played. The opponent’s game was not surprising, everyone has information about the opponents,” the Championship quotes Zhamnov.
The meeting at the Ice Palace stadium ended with a score of 3:0 in favor of the red and white.
For Spartak, goals were scored by Andrey Loktionov (30th minute), Ivan Morozov (37th minute), and Ansel Galimov (59th minute).
