The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered to open a criminal case into an accident with a child that occurred in Tyumen in February.
URA.RU reports this with reference to the press service of the federal department.
The Investigative Committee noted that a 36-year-old driver hit a 13-year-old girl at an unregulated pedestrian crossing. However, the culprit was not brought to justice.
Earlier it was reported that Bastrykin ordered the initiation of a criminal case due to an accident with a bus in the Omsk region, in which eight people were injured.
